Bacon Jerky

Home cured, slow smoked pork belly then sliced, soaked in a brown sugar/cayenne marinade and gets a second round on the smoker for mouthwatering bacon jerky with a kick.  Bacon jerky will not be consistently in stock, as it is a long and very involved process.
